Associate Sales Engineer, Commercial Building Services

As our new Associate Inside Sales Engineer, Commercial Building Service Division, you will be supporting the commercial building services sales team by managing dealer and partner relationships, driving inside sales activities, and contributing to revenue targets for Grundfos pump solutions in Singapore. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Commercial Building Services team, you'll create impact by Building strong dealer and partner networks that accelerate the adoption of sustainable water technology solutions across commercial building projects in Singapore.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Manage and develop relationships with dealers and channel partners to drive sales growth and market penetration


• Provide inside sales support including quotation preparation, technical product selection, and order follow-up


• Achieve assigned sales targets by identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting inquiries into orders


• Coordinate with external sales engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience


• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities within the commercial building segment


• Support partners with product training, pricing guidance, and technical recommendations for Grundfos solutions

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a proactive and commercially minded engineering professional with strong communication skills, a knack for building partnerships, and a drive to exceed sales targets. We would also imagine that you have:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related discipline)


• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, technical sales support, or channel/dealer management, preferably in HVAC, pumps, or building services


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders


• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; comfortable working with sales data and reporting

It is a plus if you also:

• Experience with pump systems or water technology products in commercial building applications


• Familiarity with the Singapore commercial building services market and its dealer/distributor landscape


• Knowledge of SAP
