Associate / Senior Associate Trade Support

Our client is a global financial services group that provides banking, investment, asset management, and advisory services. They are seeking a Trade support associate.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Perform trade booking, reconciliation, and lifecycle updates, including the processing of corporate actions.
• Provide dedicated trade support by resolving trade-related issues and responding to stakeholder queries.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of daily operational tasks to maintain correct risk and financial records.
• Investigate and resolve breaks or discrepancies across P&L, settlement, and funding.
• Drive process improvements through automation, streamlining, and participation in projects and testing.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least one year of experience in an investment banking environment, ideally in a middle office or trade processing role.
• Strong awareness of operational risk and control principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with automation and BI tools considered an advantage.
