Job Description:
- Assist the lead teacher in all classroom aspects
- Help students to settle down for class (e.g. managing classroom dynamics)
- Taking students to the restroom
- Assist with curriculum delivery and preparation
- Manage individual students in the classroom during the lesson
- Manage diversity and pace differences during the lesson
- Assist with document management (e.g. filling, file closure, taking worksheets)
- Help with the facilitation of classroom activities and games
- Develop strong relationships within the teaching team to ensure the efficient execution of curriculum
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the Company
Qualifications
Who are we looking for:
- Minimum diploma in Education, early childhood, or relevant field
- Interests in education/early childhood
- Good communication skills
- Start on short notice
- Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
