Job Description

Support end-to-end transaction execution including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and preparation of marketing materials (IMs, pitch decks, management presentations).
Conduct detailed financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate potential transactions.
Perform industry and company research to support deal origination and execution.
Assist in the preparation and delivery of client proposals and presentations.
Work closely with senior bankers to drive transaction processes and coordinate with clients, investors, and external advisors.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; CFA a plus.
3-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
