Job Description - Associate/Senior Associate, FX Sales

Work with top-tier institutional clients across APAC markets

Our client is a leading international bank with a strong presence across Asia-Pacific, offering a comprehensive suite of treasury, capital markets, and investment solutions. They are recognised for their expertise in serving corporates, financial institutions, and non-bank financial institutions, delivering innovative strategies and tailored solutions to meet complex financial needs.

Job Description

Identify and prospect new clients while managing existing relationships
Develop strategic plans and provide customised solutions to meet client objectives
Cross-sell products and coordinate with internal teams for optimal delivery
Monitor client activities and market trends to execute effective sales strategies
Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal risk frameworks
Collaborate with credit risk and other departments to structure and negotiate deals

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or related field
Up to 5 years of experience in Treasury Sales or related areas
FMRP certification required; CMFAS certifications are a plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage complex client needs
