Asst Manager/Manager

Seeking a dynamic communications and engagement professional to support the rollout and adoption of digital data analytics platforms. You will play a key role in driving awareness, user engagement, and change management through impactful communications and well-executed events.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop user-friendly content: guides, decks, FAQs, and training materials
• Write and publish communications (announcements, EDMs, intranet posts, MS Teams updates)
• Maintain content and communications calendar; coordinate across stakeholders
• Manage digital communities (MS Teams), ensuring timely response to queries
• Support planning and execution of engagement events, roadshows, and training sessions
• Handle post-event reporting, feedback collation, and insights for improvement
• Work closely with product and data teams to ensure accuracy and alignment of content

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
• 3–5 years' experience in content development, marketing, or engagement roles
• Strong writing and content creation skills (guides, EDMs, presentations)
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
• Experience in events or change management preferred
• Familiarity with Canva or basic design/video tools is an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills

Duration/Working hours:

6 months contract (Immediate)

Monday to Friday: 42 hours per week
