Asst Recruitment Manager - Unlimited Growth Potential

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Senior Manager, assist in spearheading Client Acquisition and Training Development of the team. 
• Setting as the prime example for client acquisition, working closely with the respective fulfilment team members to fulfil clients' openings. 
• Collaborating across multiple business units, understanding and eventually advising clients on various ways to address different HR needs. 
• Competitor analysis, deep-diving into various sectors' growth and happenings to better pin-point potential opportunities. 
• Assist in administrative duties and other misc. duties as required from time to time. 

Requirements:
 

• Min 4 years experience handling recruitment (preferably agency background).
• Able to commence within short notice.
