Manage Capacity Supermodel (CSM) Drive global alignment on Capacity Supermodel (CSM) functionality improvements Drive accuracy in model across backend network Perform analysis to verify model accuracy Oversees audit and maintenance of data input in model periodically Create/map RDMs from lists sent out weekly by the Data Management Specialist teams Master in Supply Chain or Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain 8+ years' experience in capacity planning related to Assembly and Test Familiar with working with various Engineering, Procurement, Suppliers, Finance and other IE teams Strong decision-making skills using data analysis techniques Confirmed problem-solving, decision-making, and financial skills Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable connect with all levels of the organization Able to influence others using creative approaches Ability to promote creative ideas and accept the risks required to lead change Possesses project management and business process leadership skills Self-motivated and able to work independently
