Job Responsibilities:

Facilitate smooth daily operations of the attractions and ensure that they are maintained in their best condition.
Maintain a consistent high level of operational and service standards across the attractions.
Working together with fellow Attractions Host to deliver operational and service excellence.
Maintain and ensure safety standards of the attractions in accordance with government regulations, e.g. BCA.
Ensure strict compliance with Safe Management Measures at all times.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a GCE "N" Level certificate.
Preferably with experience in Tourism/Hospitality Industry and/or Customer Service related.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidates with more experience may be considered for a supervisory position.
