Job Subject Title: Audio-Visual Technician
Benefits Summary:

- Basic from $3000 to $4000 + $ 60 Phone allowance + Bonus
- Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
Responsibilities:
- Take the lead on AV initiatives and provide input for project procurement.
- Offer expert advice on project plans and layouts.
- Assist in the procurement of AV hardware and software, ensuring project needs are met.
- Plan, maintain, and monitor project timelines, intervening when necessary, and managing equipment storage and transportation.
- Perform rack and stack, onsite installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and repair of AV equipment, networking, and other in-house projects at customer premises.
- Complete electrical wiring, trunking, programming, and basic construction setups (may require the use of a ladder).
- Manage, test, and commission CCTV, door access, ELV equipment, Bluetooth devices, and other necessary devices.
- Ensure timely completion of testing, configuration, staging, and upgrades for assigned projects.
Additional Information:
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements.
- Fresh Graduate form ITE/ Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual are welcome to apply
- Conduct quality control analysis prior to events.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, both hardware and software, as needed.
- Respond to service calls related to equipment breakdowns.
- Provide on-site support and user training at end-users' premises.
- Ensure production and updating of documentation such as user guides, etc.
- Follow up with the finance department regarding costing and billing.
