Job Description (Accounts Executive)

• Manage full-set or partial accounts - accounts receivable and accounts payable (AP & AR) processes.
• Verify invoices and payment vouchers to ensure compliance with payment procedures.
• Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Review the GST register, prepare quarterly GST filings, and handle withholding income tax filings when necessary.
• Maintain accurate cash books, oversee cash flow.
• Support and assists in audits, including internal and external audits, and provide accounting schedules.

Job Description (Audit Executive)

• Conduct audits on accounting records, generating adjustments and annual reports.
• Prepare tax computations, ensuring adherence to tax regulations.
• Verify salary listings for accuracy.
• Draft minutes for Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and review secretarial records.
• Review and file GST returns, ensuring compliance with GST regulations.
• Communicate with clients to address audit queries via phone or email.
• Conduct audits both on-site and remotely through email and phone correspondence.

Job requirement:

• At least 1 year experience in audit/accounting related role
• Certification/Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting
