• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Monthly Salary: Base up to $4500 + Allowance + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

• Technical Product Support – Provide comprehensive support for the company’s automation product range, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Pre‑Sales & Post‑Sales Assistance – Analyze customer requirements, recommend tailored solutions, and deliver ongoing support after purchase.

• Proposal Development – Prepare technical proposals, documentation, and solution recommendations aligned with client needs.

• Customer Query Handling – Respond to enquiries via email, phone, or onsite visits, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

• Training & Demonstrations – Conduct product training sessions and live demos to showcase features and applications.

• Sales Collaboration – Work closely with the sales team and technology partners to strengthen customer relationships and drive improvements.

Requirement

• Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Industrial/ Mechatronics or related Engineering field.
• No experience is welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
