Automation Technician

We are looking for an experienced Automation Technicia(ASRS)/ Interfloor Lifters and Conveyors System) to manage a team automation machine for trouble shooting, preventive and breakdown maintenance. 

Responsibilities:

• Carry out day to day preventive and corrective maintenance or repair of Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS), Order Fulfilment (OFS) and Sortation systems.
• Resolve within a reasonable time any equipment faults and ensure quality of work.
• Report faults in a timely manner to Automation Engineer 
• Compliance with workplace policies and procedures for risk identification, risk assessment and risk control.
• Active participation in activities associated with the management of workplace health and safety.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted on time and correct
• Complete all allocated tasks assigned by Engineer/Manager.

Requirements : 

• ITE / Nitec /Higher Nitec in areas of Electrical / Mechanical / Electromechanical Engineering
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Preferably 2-3  years’ of service experience in control engineering / industrial automation (conveyors) / maintenance of plant/machinery/material handling equipment
• Ability to work in independently
• Great team player and able to work collaboratively.
• Have experience in Siemens PLC, SCADA  portal in Software & hardware.
