we are a Automotive Garage . looking for coordinator cum administrator who can work both independently and as a team player .
General roles will be to would be liase with customer and co workers to ensure smooth operation. trouble shoot issues and implement updates or changes to support the functionality of garage.
Administrative roles:
1. Office Management:* Overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining supplies, and coordinating administrative tasks.
2. Communication:* Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls to facilitate effective communication within and outside the organization.
3. Scheduling:* Managing calendars, appointments, and meetings for individuals or teams.
4. Record Keeping:* Maintaining and organizing records, documents, and databases.
5. Data Entry:* Inputting, updating, and managing data accurately in various systems.
6. Filing:* Organizing and managing physical or digital files for easy retrieval.
7. Event Planning:* Organizing and coordinating events, meetings, or conferences.
*Having a class 3 Singapore driving license would be fundamental as we deal with vehicles.
