AV Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the school's PA and AV equipment, including troubleshooting and coordinating repairs with vendors.
• Set up and provide AV support for assemblies, school events, examinations, and staff training.
• Support live streaming and broadcasting of school events (e.g. YouTube Live, Facebook Live).
• Train and mentor students on PA systems, AV equipment, and live event broadcasting.
• Maintain inventory and loan records of AV equipment and assist in procurement of AV resources.
• Provide basic video editing and technical support for ICT and teaching & learning activities.
• Support events occasionally after office hours and on weekends.

Requirements:

• Relevant certification in Audio, Video, Media Production or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience with AV equipment.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting live broadcasting events.
• Experience working in a school environment is preferred.
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills and good communication skill

Duration/Working hours:

1 Nov 2026 to 31 Oct 2027

Mondays to Fridays: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
