- Manage Audio Visual Lighting System (AVLS) and Digital Audio Recording Transcription (DART) for event functions
- Setting up of meeting rooms
- Daily routine check and testing of AV equipment before and after each event
- Daily routine check on cleanliness in meeting, training and function rooms
- Operate AV equipment and provide technical advice related to audio-visual equipment
- Assist with logistics set up for all events
- Perform onsite fault diagnosis and coordinate with product suppliers to resolve technical issues related to video conferencing and audio-visual integrated solutions
- Maintain an updated individual fault record for all fault escalated to the product suppliers
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electronics/ Audio Visual related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with knowledge in managing the setup of AV systems
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Willing to work fixed 5.5 days work week
- Has a good safety mindset and display good WSH behaviour
