AVP, Creative Content Designer, Privat Banking

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Creative Content Designer to elevate how wealth, investment, and financial solutions are communicated across the client journey. This role combines strategic storytelling, visual design, and content development to create compelling collateral that supports clients, advisors, and stakeholders across the wealth continuum (mass retail to UHNW).

The successful candidate will be a highly skilled designer and visual communicator with experience transforming complex concepts into clear, engaging, and premium client and internal collateral. They will work closely with stakeholders across departments to develop impactful materials that strengthen client engagement and reinforce the DBS brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality investment collateral across the wealth continuum.
• Translate complex financial, investment, and economic concepts into visually engaging and easily understood content.
• Create print and digital content which may comprise of, but not limited to videos, presentations, brochures, infographics, thought leadership reports, campaign assets, digital content, event materials, and client-facing communications.
• Ensure consistency across brand, design systems, and content standards.
• Lead creative development from concept through production while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality.

Requirements

• Degree-holder in creative content/graphic design, visual communications, or related disciplines (min 8+ years in an advertising agency, brand, or creative environment).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual storytelling, information design, and content development.
• Advanced technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc), Figma, PowerPoint, videography and presentation design.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and data visualisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changeable environment.
• Team player, openness to incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Experience within wealth management, private banking, asset management, insurance, fintech, broader financial services or creative organizations, agencies/media studios/storytelling-driven companies is a plus.
• Experience designing investment commentaries, market outlooks, client presentations, product brochures, annual reports, or thought leadership publications would be an advantage.
