AVP Finance, Global Private Equity

A well established private equity firm is looking to hire AVP Finance (APAC). This role is a replacement headcount in the finance team. You will be responsible for the following.

• Confidentially oversee the end-to-end monthly close process for assigned entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to timelines
• Review journal entries, accruals, allocations, and supporting schedules to maintain robust financial reporting standards
• Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations, proactively analyzing variances and driving timely resolution of discrepancies
• Prepare high-quality statutory and management reporting packs, delivering clear, concise variance analysis and insightful commentary on key financial movements

Qualified Accountant with 9-12 years of work experience in an audit firm (auditing asset management/PE) or inhouse in a fund manager doing finance and accounting.
