Role Summary

A high-impact position at the intersection of data operations, investment strategy, and technological innovation. The role focuses on managing critical data processes, ensuring accuracy, and driving operational efficiency through smart automation and collaborative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily data operations with a focus on accuracy and timeliness

• Investigate and resolve data exceptions and quality issues

• Design and maintain robust control workflows

• Participate in system upgrades and automation initiatives

• Leverage AI tools and data analytics to optimize processes

• Translate business requirements into practical system enhancements

• Manage data onboarding across internal and external teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field

• 3-5 years experience in data operations or investment operations

• Strong understanding of financial instruments and markets

• Proficiency with market data providers (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, etc.)

• Data analytics skills, with coding experience preferred
