AVP - Investment Operations & Strategy

We are looking for a forward-thinking Business Delivery & Change Lead to partner directly with our Portfolio investment teams. 

In this strategic, high-visibility role, you will lead top-of-the-house business transformation—ensuring that complex portfolio strategies, enterprise platform initiatives, and critical market data frameworks are designed and executed flawlessly.

• Collaborate directly with senior leadership to balance strategic priorities with enterprise governance, risk management, and operational feasibility.
• Partner across front-office investment teams and corporate services to manage dependencies, evaluate downstream impacts, and drive unified enterprise execution.
• Review and architect end-to-end operational solutions, with a strong focus on enhancing index and reference data domains to ensure robustness and business alignment.
•  Proactively identify and implement operating model enhancements that strengthen controls, eliminate inefficiencies, and mitigate operational risk.
• Serve as the strategic business lead on large-scale enterprise data and platform initiatives impacting the Total Portfolio.
• Support the articulation of functional requirements and clear business specs to bridge the gap between investment strategy and technical delivery.

• Proven track record in investment banking, asset management, or institutional investment leading business delivery, change management, or business management functions.

• Strong grasp of operational risk frameworks, corporate governance, and operating model redesign.

• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to influence senior front-office leaders, tech teams, and external vendors alike.
