Role Summary

This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and stakeholder influence to create impactful learning solutions aligned to OCBC’s strategy and business priorities.

What You Do

  • Design and deliver end-to-end learning solutions, from consulting with the business and needs analysis, through to implementation, evaluation, and optimisation of results.

  • Translate business priorities into targeted capability-building solutions with measurable outcomes.

  • Partner with business leaders, Subject Matter Experts, and external ecosystem partners to co-create multimodal learning experiences and solutions.

  • Integrate learning science, technology, and data insights to enhance effectiveness and learner engagement.

  • Drive initiatives that advance OCBC Campus as a scientifically informed learning organisation, fostering a skills-first growth and mobility culture.

  • Develop and track success metrics, leveraging analytics to continuously improve learning impact.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate and position learning effectively.

Who You Are

You are a strategic, hands-on learning professional who combines creativity with data-driven decision-making.

  • Execution Excellence – Strong ability to deliver high-quality learning solutions end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

  • Learning Innovation – Applies learning science, digital tools, and emerging practices to enhance impact.

  • Data & Insight – Comfortable with platforms, tools and dashboards that measures success and drive continuous improvement.

  • Digital & Learning Technology Fluency – Experience with learning platforms, tools, and analytics.

  • Change Enablement – Integrates learning into broader organisational transformation efforts.

What You Bring

  • Proven track record in learning & development, talent, or human capital development roles.

  • Experienced in designing and delivering impactful learning interventions at scale.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.

  • Familiarity with learning technologies, analytics, and evidence-based methodologies.
