Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Bank-wide phishing exercises
- Plan and deliver Bank-wide phishing exercises (quarterly) including coordinating with stakeholders regarding scenario options, SME voting, approvals, timelines, raising change requests, and post-exercise reporting/decks
- Coordinate annual and quarterly deliverables (e.g., phishing annual report follow-ups, exercise timelines, results consolidation, KORI)
- Maintain central evidence repository and ensure audit-ready documentation for exercises, training content, and approvals
- Assign e-learning modules on Learning Management System, monitor and record completions (post-phishing simulations).
Analyse data, identify trends and provide insights and recommendations after
awareness campaigns or outreach efforts.
Produce management updates and decks using inputs from vendors/partners and internal stakeholders.
Targeted simulation exercises
- Coordinate with Learning and Education Manager to run/deploy targeted phishing simulations for identified user groups (BUs and/or roles), using Educate-Test-Reinforce methodology.
Collateral distribution
- Distribute collaterals (select winners for campaign/activity, distribute to winners, and subsidiaries and entities)
Requirements:
- Degree in Mass Communications/Business from a recognised education institution.
- Basic knowledge of information technology and cybersecurity.
- Some experience in creating and delivering Education and Awareness programs.
- Understanding human behaviours and motivations to design security education and awareness programs and incentivization schemes.
- Good knowledge and understanding of business and security requirements and needs, with the ability to establish rapport and maintain a high level of stakeholder trust and confidence.
- Process- and stakeholder-oriented with understanding of basic security concepts and technologies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in reporting, governance, or data management within security, risk, compliance contexts
- Proficiency in technical data analysis and with designing reports and dashboards
- Strong attention to detail with ability to reconcile multi-entity metrics and manage deadlines
- Comfortable working with slide decks/spreadsheets and maintaining structured evidence for audits/inspections
