Role Summary

A strategic leadership role focused on managing post-trade operations, vendor relationships, and operational performance across financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage strategic vendor and client relationships
• Negotiate service contracts and performance levels
• Conduct vendor risk assessments and due diligence
• Support cross-functional project management initiatives
• Develop operational risk frameworks
• Monitor regulatory and market changes
• Champion digital transformation and AI-enabled solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• 3-6 years experience in post-trade operations
• Strong understanding of financial regulatory landscapes
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
• Analytical and organizational capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of China financial market infrastructure
• Proficiency in Excel
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, and AI tools
