Job Responsibilities
Contribute to achievement of revenue targets and KPI
Ability to work independently and in teams to deliver KPI
Analyze and understand customer's needs and recommend appropriate solutions to such customer's needs
Collaborate and interact with Relationship Managers and regional managers of Mizuho to drive business flow to customers in APAC region
Collaborate and interact with internal sections to drive business and transaction flow
Cultivate consultative sales approach to all client engagement
Continuously engage clients to keep abreast of their evolving business priorities and identify business opportunities with solutions
Develop comprehensive pipeline and sales plan with trade opportunities for assigned clients and new to bank prospects
Grow client revenue by deepening client wallet share and through product sales efforts with assigned clients
Provide advisory to both clients and Relationship Managers on related trade finance matters
Resolve issues faced by customers in LC related matters and provide alternative solutions
Seek and onboard prospective customers to grow revenue and business together with Relationship Managers
Share and cultivate a knowledge base approach with Relationship Managers and colleagues in team.
Job Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant experience in Transaction Banking sales specializing in related documentary credit products
Sound knowledge in LC confirmation and bank risk mitigation would be advantageous
University level Bachelors Degree preferrably in Banking and Finance, Corporate Finance
Experience managing accounts within the large corporates segment would be highly preferred
Strong team player and strong interpersonal and communication skill both verbal and written
Ability to handle multi-tasking fast pace environment
Ability to work with initiative and independently to accomplish assigned tasks with little supervision
Strong strategic mindset with proven analytical skills.
