Job Description - AVP, Unsecured Loans Pricing Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and implement pricing strategies to drive the growth and profitability of the Unsecured Loans portfolio within the Consumer Banking Group
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for product innovation and optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new Unsecured Loans products that meet customer needs and align with the bank's strategic objectives
Monitor and analyze product performance, including yield, profitability, and market share, to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Develop and implement pricing strategies for Unsecured Loans products, ensuring competitiveness and profitability
Provide subject matter expertise and strategic recommendations to senior management on Unsecured Loans product development and portfolio management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on Unsecured Loans or consumer lending products
Demonstrated expertise in analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to drive product innovation and growth
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proficient in using data analysis tools and financial modeling techniques
Thorough understanding of product yield, profitability, and pricing strategies
Familiarity with the competitive landscape and market share dynamics in the Unsecured Loans segment
