Job Description - AVP/Senior Associate, Transfer Agency, Securities & Fiduciary Services Operations (SFSO), IBG Operat

Business Function

Group Operations enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

Perform Transfer Agency Roles and functions.
Carries out appropriate and regular screening of Fund Investors and review all identification records
Authorise transactions and payments input by processing staff.
Attend to auditor / customer / external parties' queries.
Investigation and rectification of problems / errors.
Compilation / collection of transactions / processing statistics.
Update of procedures / BCP / DRP manuals.
Participate in system enhancements and projects.

Requirements

University graduate with minimum 6 years working experience in a relevant role.
Knowledge of Transfer Agency Services including varies Performance computation, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and FATCA/CRS reporting
Able to work under pressure and extended working hours where necessary.
Able to communicate effectively (verbal & written) with product owner, external customers, counterparties and internal BUs.
Good team worker/leader, show initiative, support others in the team as necessary.
