AVP/VP, Finance Treasury & Regulatory Reporting

These include corporate finance & advisory, navigating debt and equity capital markets, derivatives trading, brokerage and research for both retail and institutional investors, and prime brokerage.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and provide guidance to the team in daily operational matters
2. Manage daily cash flow and foreign currency exposure
3. Manage intercompany funding requirements within the group
4. Liaise with banks on loan drawdown, prepare intercompany loan agreements
5. Executes Foreign exchange transactions with the banks
6. Monitor margins requirements with various counterparties
7. Active deployment of funds across various counterparties to maximize yield or minimize interest cost
8. Liaise with banks on banking related matters
9. Manage banking relationships
10. Review and approve daily payments in banking or broker’s portal
11. Review/Prepare daily Risk Based Capital (RBC) reporting
12. Review/prepare daily/weekly/monthly regulatory reporting to regulators
13. Prepare monthly MIS allocation of interest expense across various pillars.
14. Negotiate and manage banking facilities.
15. Streamline existing work processes
16. Other adhoc projects

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent qualification
2. At least 8 years of Treasury experience is preferred
3. Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability
4. Independent with strong analytical and communication skills
5. A self-motivated team player who is also a fast learner
6. Able to multi-task and work in a fast pace dynamic environment
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
