AVP/VP, M&A (Tech/Healthcare)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full execution of M&A transactions across Southeast Asia
  
• Oversee valuation analyses, financial modelling, deal structuring, and due diligence.
• Prepare investment memoranda, pitchbooks and client presentations.
• Build and strengthen relationships with corporates, founders, and investors across SEA.
• Work closely with the Singapore Managing Director on proactive business development, including market coverage, thematic idea generation, and origination initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure excellence across all deliverables.

Requirements

• 6-12 years of M&A, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance experience.
• Strong track record in deal execution with hands‑on involvement in live transactions.
• Existing relationships with investors and funds (PE, growth equity, VC, strategics) strongly preferred.
• Deep familiarity with the Southeast Asia dealmaking ecosystem; able to build and manage regional client relationships.
• Sector experience in TMT and/or Healthcare is a significant advantage.
