Job Description - B2C Manager- BCG U

WHAT YOU'LL DO
RISE (Rapid & Immersive Skill Enhancement) is an umbrella of programs designed and offered by BCG. Designed to empower individuals, enterprises and industries with the essential skills and knowledge required to excel in today’s competitive landscape.

We are

in search of an ambitious and results-oriented B2C Sales Manager for the RISE 2.0 and RISE Green Economy Program. As the B2C Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts and achieving revenue targets in the B2C segment.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

* Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategic end-to-end sales plans to drive B2C sales growth and meet revenue targets

* Performance Tracking and Analysis: Track and report on key sales metrics, performance indications and sales pipeline activity on a regular basis. Apply data analytics to assess and refine the efficacy of lead generation and sales strategies, making data-informed adjustments to enhance outcomes

* Market Analysis: Analyse market trends competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product/service enhancement and sales optimisation

* New Business Development / Lead generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the B2C market segment, including nurturing and establishing partnerships and collaborations that enhance lead generation efforts and program visibility and other new lead generation avenues

* Sales Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide leadership, guidance, training and mentorship to junior sales team members, fostering a high-performance sales team culture

* Sales Process Management: Lead the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals. This may include organising activities such as compelling webinars and seminars, roadshows and events to engage prospective learners and also the creation of sales collaterals and materials to support the conversion process.

* Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, customer success and placement teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives

* Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest in lead generation, sales conversion trends, and emerging technologies, integrating new insights to continuously evolve our growth strategies.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

* Proven track record of success in B2C sales roles, with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in sales, including 2-3 years in sales leadership positions. Strong understanding of the B2C sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, qualifying and closing deals

* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve goals

* Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to develop and execute innovative and effective lead generation and sales strategies

* Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, using insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with internal and external stakeholders

* Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytic tools, with preference for Hubspot

* Self-motivated, proactive and adaptable individual with a passion for driving business growth

YOU'LL WORK WITH
Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
