Job Description - BA Technical Functional Consultant(Oracle DB & WebLogic)

Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams to understand and translate requirements.
Provide L2 support for banking applications, including issue triaging, root cause analysis, and resolution.
Monitor and maintain application performance on Oracle DB and WebLogic server environments.
Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and QA teams to resolve incidents and deploy fixes.
Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, user guides, and SOPs.
Identify recurring issues and recommend process or code improvements to reduce operational risk.
Participate in system upgrades, patch deployments, and release activities.
Ensure compliance with incident, change, and problem management processes.

5+ years of experience in a BA / Support Consultant or similar role within the banking domain.
Strong working knowledge of:

Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL)
WebLogic application servers

Linux/Unix scripting (for log monitoring, basic commands)
Experience in production support / L2 support including incident triage and resolution.
Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
