Sales & Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank clients, driving sales of insurance products through proactive outreach and regular follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct customer needs analysis to identify gaps and ensure that customer needs are met with insurance solutions that align with their financial goals.

Product Knowledge & Consultation:
Act as a subject matter expert on a wide range of insurance products, providing valuable and accurate financial advice and guidance to existing bank partner's customers. Stay up to date with the latest product offerings and market trends to effectively promote solutions that deliver optimal value.

Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and expand the bancassurance channel through effective networking, prospecting, and leveraging existing relationships with bank partners. Build a pipeline of leads and convert them into long-term clients.

Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the bancassurance division. Use data and analytics to monitor performance and continuously improve sales strategies.
