Location: CBP
Pay: Up to $2,500
Duration: 3 months
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 830am to 530pm or 10am to 7pm
Responsibilities:
· For scanning, retrieval, uploading etc of documentations for existing GML (Global Margin Lending) facilities into system (documentum).
· Quality checks on scanning, accuracy of tagging and performing reconciliation activities.
· The staff will be required to understand the different facilities under Global Margin Lending (GML) from system and recognizes the different legal documents that are tagged under them.
· The staff will be required to retrieve/ scan/ upload the existing legal documents in full and filed under the correct doc ID/ doc Type to system (documentum).
Perform checking for quality/ clear scanning, and reconciliation activities.
Requirements:
- Min Dip holder
