Job Description - Bank Settlement Analyst (Foreign Bank, Perm) - Get Hired Fast

We are looking to hire a brilliant Bank Settlement Analyst (Foreign Bank, Perm) to join our talented team at GMP Group HQ in Marina Centre, Central Region.

Responsibilities:

Input/cancel trades in our back office system
Import trades into back office system (eg. Japan shares, cash entries, etc)
Process monthly maintenance fees
Input Swift manual instructions where necessary
Sort corporate action swift by custodian
Performs daily, weekly and monthly reports
Monitor exception in e-advice, Confirmation mailbox and take action
Sending of contract notes/remittance confirmation

Requirements:

Min Diploma holder with 3 years of relevant experience
Able to work during PH (on rotational basis)
Able to work independently and have positive mindset
Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Excel and IT skills
