Banking Project Manager (API & Channels)

The Banking Project Manager (API & Channels) at Unison Consulting Pte Ltd will play a key role in managing and implementing projects that enhance our banking clients' API capabilities and digital channels. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the end-to-end project lifecycle for API and channel initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
• Developing and maintaining project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinating with technical teams to design and implement API integrations and channel enhancements.
• Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans to ensure project success.
• Conducting regular project meetings to track progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment among teams.
• Providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on project status and outcomes.
• Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring successful deployment of new APIs and channel features.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.

• At least 10 years of experience in project management within the banking or financial services sector, with a focus on APIs and digital channels.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects involving API development and integration.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, API ecosystems, and digital channel strategy.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to banking APIs and digital channels.

Salary: 7000 - 9000 SGD
