Oversee the daily operations of the bar and ensure smooth service.

Develop and maintain beverage menus, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty drinks.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for beverages, bar supplies, and equipment.
Conduct regular stock takes and control beverage costs to minimize wastage.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
Train and coach bartenders and service staff on product knowledge, service standards, and operational procedures.
Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient operations during events and daily service.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area.
Support promotional activities and recommend initiatives to increase beverage sales and customer engagement.
Prepare operational reports and assist management in achieving sales and profitability targets.
