Fortuna Drink and Eat Singapore is a smart, casual Italian Trattoria located in the heart of Tanjong Pagar. Known for our premium quality food, internationally inspired cocktails, and boutique wines, we provide a unique and vibrant dining experience for all our guests.

Trading hours:
Sunday - Thursday: 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm & 5:30 pm – 9:30 pm
Friday - Saturday: 11:30 am – 11:30 pm

Position Type: Full-Time and PartTime 
Are you a cocktail enthusiast with a passion for mixology? Fortuna Drink and Eat Singapore is seeking talented and experienced Bartenders to join our dynamic team. If you have a flair for creating innovative cocktails and a desire to work in a bustling environment, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft a variety of traditional and creative cocktails with precision and flair.
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging guests with your knowledge of mixology and beverage recommendations.
• Manage bar inventory, including ordering, stock control, and minimizing waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Comply with all local health and safety regulations regarding alcohol service.
• Train and mentor junior bar staff, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and FOH teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements:

• Singaporean or Permanent Resident status is a must.
• Proven experience as a Bartender, with a strong foundation in cocktail preparation and bar management.
• A deep understanding of mixology, including classic cocktails and current trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to entertain and engage guests.
• A team player with a positive attitude and the capability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
