Job Description
Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned FSI segment to achieve revenue growth targets.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key business and technology stakeholders, understanding their strategic priorities and pain points.
Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial discovery and solution positioning through negotiation and deal closure.
Position a broad portfolio of cloud, data, security, and intelligent computing solutions by clearly articulating business and technical value.
Work closely with solution architects and internal teams to design tailored proposals that address regulatory, operational, and scalability requirements.
Develop account strategies to drive customer expansion, increased adoption, and long-term value realisation.
Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to refine go-to-market approaches within the FSI pillar.
Support post-sales handover and ongoing engagement to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable account growth.
The Successful Applicant
At least 5 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, cloud services, or digital solutions, preferably within financial services.
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and their application to banking, insurance, fintech, or capital markets environments.
Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into clear business outcomes.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with experience operating in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
