Beautician

We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Beautician to join our wellness and beauty team.

The Beautician will be responsible for providing facial, beauty, body care and customer service support to clients in a professional and hygienic manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide facial treatments, basic beauty care, body care and related beauty services to customers.

• Assess customers’ skin and beauty care needs and recommend suitable treatments.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards in the treatment room and work area.

• Prepare treatment rooms, tools, products and equipment before and after each service.

• Explain treatment procedures and aftercare advice to customers clearly and professionally.

• Promote suitable beauty, wellness and care packages according to customers’ needs.

• Maintain good customer service and handle customers in a polite and professional manner.

• Keep accurate records of customer treatments, preferences and feedback.

• Assist with daily shop operations when required.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in beauty, facial, skincare, body care or wellness services is preferred.

• Able to communicate well with customers and provide good service.

• Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.

• Responsible, patient, hardworking and willing to learn.

• Able to work on weekends, public holidays and retail working hours.

• Able to work as part of a team.

• Training may be provided for suitable candidates.
