Beauticians or Skincare Treatment Specialists with a passion for providing friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service with a heart for helping our clients with their skin issues are currently needed as part of our growing team.

Your contribution to the team includes:

• Conduct skin analysis and professional facial treatment according to company standards
• Ensure client satisfaction and comfort at the end of each therapy session
• Follow-up calls to access, educate, and recommend clients' daily skincare regimen
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of treatment rooms
• Assist in scheduling appointments and providing customer service
• Ensure that all product and service suggestions from clients are accurately logged
• Keeping good relationships and building a rapport with clients to ensure retention and referrals
• Always provide excellent service and win testimonials
• No sales pressure or 'pushy' tactics required

What you’ll need:

• Candidates with CIBTAC/ CIDESCO/ ITEC/ Other Beauty Certifications are welcome to apply
• Bilingualism with a good command of English is a plus
• A positive attitude and a high degree of initiative
• Demonstrates customer-centric values
• Excellent client service skills and a good team player
• Customer-focused, sales-oriented, and service-oriented
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
