Beauty Advisor / Sales Manager (Commission Earning / East Area)

Key Responsibilities

·       Drive store sales targets and profitability

·       Manage, train, and motivate the sales team

·       Develop sales strategies and promotional plans

·       Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and customer retention

·       Oversee inventory management and stock control

·       Ensure excellent customer experience and brand consistency

·       Handle escalations, complaints, and VIP clients

·       Work with marketing on campaigns and launches

Requirements

·       Experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty/cosmetics

·       Proven experience managing teams and hitting targets

·       Strong leadership and business acumen

·       Excellent communication and organizational skills
