Beauty & Wellness Sales Consultant

Job Description

As a Beauty & Wellness Sales Consultant at Yagyo Haven, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences while helping guests discover the most suitable wellness treatments, Hanfu experiences, and membership programmes. You will build long-term customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and represent Yagyo Haven's premium service standards with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers and provide personalised consultations to understand their beauty, wellness, and lifestyle needs.
• Recommend suitable treatments, wellness programmes, memberships, packages, and retail products based on each customer's needs.
• Explain Yagyo Haven's services, pricing, promotions, and membership benefits clearly and confidently.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits, referrals, and long-term loyalty.
• Follow up with enquiries, existing customers, and inactive customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Achieve individual and team monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with therapists, photographers, makeup artists, and reception staff to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Manage appointment bookings and customer schedules when required.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, and CRM updates.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
• Keep up to date with new treatments, products, promotions, and industry trends through continuous learning.
• Participate in outlet marketing campaigns, events, roadshows, and promotional activities.
• Uphold Yagyo Haven's luxury service standards, professional image, and customer-first culture.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales or customer consultation experience in the beauty, wellness, spa, aesthetic, hospitality, or luxury retail industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Passionate about helping customers improve their beauty, wellness, and self-care journey.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Self-motivated, positive, and results-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Well-groomed, professional, and confident in dealing with customers.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, POS systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with English- and Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays according to the roster.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in spa, beauty salon, wellness centre, medical aesthetics, luxury retail, or hospitality.
• Experience selling memberships, treatment packages, or premium services.
• Existing customer network or strong client relationship management experience is an advantage.
