Job Description - Beauty Salon Manager

Job Summary

Manage and lead daily operations of a beauty salon to drive sales performance, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety. Oversee staff scheduling, training, and inventory management to support business targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow and business continuity
  • Lead and supervise the salon team to enhance productivity and service quality
  • Deliver excellent customer service by resolving client issues and ensuring satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to meet or exceed business targets
  • Develop and implement staff schedules, conduct training, and evaluate performance
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with regulations
  • Manage inventory levels and order salon supplies to prevent shortages and control costs

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a beauty salon
  • Leadership and team management skills demonstrated through supervising staff
  • Effective communication and customer service skills to engage clients and team
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required
  • Responsible, positive attitude and self-motivated approach to work
