Beauty Trainer - Professional Development Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Develop and plan coaching objectives in line with training, sales and marketing focus.
• Support the training team in ad-hoc training projects/corporate initiatives.
• Work with Managers in implementing aligned training programs and developing training modules and materials.
• To conduct hands on training for the beauty therapists.
• Develop training materials which support the overall staff’s.
• Carry out test and assessment on the therapist’s knowledge of products and service skills.
• Provide training and coaching to the beauty therapist on assessing customer’s skin needs and recommendation of products and services to cater the customer’s needs.
• Train therapist on tips and skills on product selling customers through professional consultation and assessment, to achieve sales and maintain high level of customer service.
• Scheduling training sessions and update training record for submission to HR.
• To perform any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the management.

Requirement:

• People oriented, highly self-motivated 
• Training or coaching experience within the retail beauty industry
• Good command of both written, spoken English
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Team player that displays tact and good initiative with a pleasant disposition
• • Candidates with relevant beauty or complementary therapy qualifications would be highly advantageous for the role (E.g. ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, NITEC, etc.) • At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience years in a similar role within Retail Operations and/or Beauty/ Spa Industries.
