Job Description - Bell Attendant

Adhere to our grooming standards at all times.
Welcomes and greets guests (by name if known) always in a warm and friendly manner.
Ensures daily smooth operation of driveway, hotel entrance and guest elevators.
Ensures sufficient storage of guest luggage and deliveries in the appropriate storage areas.
Ensures daily delivery of all guest newspapers while taking into account minimal wastage and cost control.
Ensure that all arriving & departing guests are correctly addressed and made to feel welcomed / thanked for choosing Dao By Dorsett.
Maintains neat and tidy driveway, hotel entrance, elevators and also the luggage storage room.
Keeps personally updated on current events in Singapore.
Ensures daily guest request is being met and follows-up on daily request and complaint.
Promptly deliver and retrieve guest luggage, deliveries and messages.
Maintains good relationship with all taxi, coach and travel companies.
Any other duties as directed.
