We are seeking a talented Bid Manager for our Singapore studio.

In Brief:

● You will lead and manage bids and track major KPIs.

● You will govern and drive RFP Responses, Central repository, Contract coordination, Process Management, Success Programmes and Internal Governance Role.

● You will forecast metrics related to the projects, programs, portfolios, resources, risks, etc.

● You will generate reports for different levels of management to help them make timely decisions.

● You will produce customer facing imagery and designs that convey value propositions, win themes and the solution narrative.

● You will be responsible for creating compelling designs, illustrations and graphics in a variety of formats, including but not limited to: high profile presentations, diagrams, maps, infographics, document design, exhibition and visual materials.

● You are confident in your ability to visualize your concepts and articulate your ideas to clients.

● You are to ensure compliance with required proposal deliverables.

● You are to create and manage a range of document and presentation templates.

● You will work with subject matter experts to turn written, numerical and existing content into compelling graphical representations.

● You will work within corporate brand guidelines.

● You have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Design/PM background or training. Obtaining Nicmar/PMI certification is an asset.

● You are well versed in advanced desktop publishing software skills such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, InDesign, and Microsoft Office + Work on Google Suite

● You have experience in collaborating with diverse, cross cultural and multi-disciplinary teams.

● You have proven skills in producing proposal content within a complex business environment. International experience is an asset.

● You have the ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment without compromising artistic creativity and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

● You have a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

● You will take on a techno commercial role with consciousness to quality.

● You possess a good eye for layout and design and is attentive to details.

● You have good oral and written communication skills.
