Bids & Pursuits Specialist

The Project 

• This short-term assignment has been established to provide targeted support to the South East Asia (SEA) Geography during a period of sustained demand across pursuits and bidding activities. A high volume of live bids, an expanding pipeline, and growing demand for proactive pursuit planning require additional capability to support delivery and strengthen positioning across the SEA Geography.  

• The role will contribute to managing priority opportunities while supporting the ongoing development of the SEA P&B function and operating model. 

The Opportunity 

• This is an opportunity to gain exposure to a diverse and fast-paced pipeline across SEA. 

• You will work closely with SEA and Country leadership, along with multidisciplinary teams across multiple countries and sectors. You will: 

• Support the delivery of live bids and submissions 

• Contribute to pursuit strategy and early positioning activities 

• Coordinate bidding activities across multiple concurrent opportunities and countries  

• Support onboarding and capability uplift of new SEA team members. 

• You will remain part of the broader P&B team, maintaining your existing line management and connectivity, while being prioritised to support SEA pursuits and bids.
