Billing Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to provide billing support and analysis.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities for billing and accruals.
• Ensure billing activities are completed within stipulated deadlines and tender requirements.
• Liaise with vendors on billing matters, including disputes, and establish billing frameworks to ensure compliance.
• Review existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Gather and analyse data to identify gaps and recommend suitable solutions.
• Review outstanding debts and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions.
• Prepare billing reports and presentation materials for stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Business, with 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
• Positive attitude, meticulousness and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a sense of ownership.
• Comfortable handling large datasets, operational tasks and tight deadlines.
• Proactive, self-motivated and accountable team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment, with the confidence to propose and implement improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with AI tools and data tools such as Power Pivot, Power Query, Tableau or other dashboarding platforms.
• Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of automation or scripting tools such as Python, VBA or Power Automate is an advantage.

Duration/Working Hours: 

8 months (11 Jan 2027 to 10 August 2027)
