BIM Coordinator

About the Role 

We are seeking a skilled and detail-driven BIM Coordinator with an architectural background to join our growing digital delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes across multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring model quality, interdisciplinary coordination, and full compliance with project and authority BIM requirements — particularly on Land Transport Authority (LTA) and major civil infrastructure projects. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Coordinate and manage the federated BIM model across architectural, structural, civil, MEP, and systems disciplines throughout all project stages.

• Conduct regular clash detection and interdisciplinary coordination reviews using BIM platforms, identifying, logging, and driving resolution of model conflicts.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in alignment with project requirements, employer information requirements (EIR), and Singapore BIM standards.

• Lead the development and coordination of the architectural BIM model, ensuring design intent is accurately represented and coordinated with all engineering disciplines.

• Apply architectural knowledge to review and validate structural, civil, and MEP models for spatial conflicts, buildability issues, and design compliance.

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a closely related design or engineering discipline.

• BIM-specific certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, BIM Manager certification, or equivalent) are a strong advantage.

• Demonstrated experience in a BIM Coordinator or BIM Modeller role within a construction, civil engineering, or architectural consultancy environment.

• Architectural background with hands-on experience developing and coordinating architectural BIM models on complex construction projects.

• Experience on LTA projects (e.g., MRT, LRT, bus interchanges, road, tunnel, or station infrastructure) is strongly preferred.
