BIM Coordinator (M&E) (ID: 661489) JF

Our client, a well-known A1 main contractor in the construction industry, is looking for talent as a BIM Coordinator (M&E).

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the team, troubleshoot and deliver models on time
• Assist in maintaining CAD and BIM standards as well as workflow in accordance to company standards
• Support Project Team in managing RFI as well as making presentations with BIM-Model and other related activities
• Ensure accuracy of documents based on BIM Modelling
• To comply with BIM manager Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria
• Print drawings for production and participate in reviews
• Create presentation slides, documents related to BIM
• Communicate with the team, troubleshoot and deliver models on time
• To manage CSD/CBW/Room Book coordination among relevant parties

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in 3D modelling and Autodesk Revit
• Min 2 years’ experiences in construction industry
• Basic construction knowledge with the ability to understand building design drawings
• Must have Autodesk Revit software experience
• Preferably experience in AuotoCAD, Civil 3D, 3dsMAX and any other BIM software experiences
• Basic understanding of CSD/CBW/Room Book coordination
• Preferably experience in Singapore Hospital/Medical facility projects
