What will you do?

In this position youwill join our Singapore Build Environment business, where you will play an integral part ina team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clientsacross all types of projects – from infrastructures todata centers.

We know the work wedo is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it’s thetechnical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really setsus apart. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

• Coordinate on Digital, Innovation, and relatedto BIM management services for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist/Ableto develop on Digital Work plan (DWP) and BIM Execution Plan (BEP)set up on project services. Able to execute project in accordance toindividual project tailored DWP/BEPfrom deliverables, formatting, quality control and reportingfrom clash to project health type of reporting.
• Encourage the adoption of Aurecon Digitalmythology and BIM strategy by engineering staff.
• Participate/Lead in project set up andtechnical design meetings.
• Provide support, training, and research &development for BIM implementation.
• Ability to manage self-training.
• Ability tocoordinate with internal and externalengineer with Aurecon’s Global Delivery Centerproduction team.
• Having experience inservice coordination and ability to pro-actively enquirefor resolution from relevant leads.
• Adequate/solidgrasp of knowledge on general design/construction processesand ability to relate to setup of CDE (Common DataEnvironment).
• Experience inmanaging Forma/formerly known Autodesk Construction Cloud from Data Managementto Design Collaboration and Model Coordination spaceand setups.

What can youbring to the team?

Firstly, you willshare our genuine passion for re-imaging engineering and be someone thatactively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will alsoneed a relevant technical qualification, and chartered status would bepreferable.  

• Candidate must hold a bachelor's degree ormaster's degree
• At least 7 years' experience in design andconstruction
• At least 5 years' experience in the professionand BIM Management
• Excellent in management skills andself-initiative
• Excellent written and spoken communicationskills.
• Work independently with the supervision of BIMLead.
• Demonstrate the ability to use their initiativeto resolve tasks or problems that arise
• Demonstrate the ability to use BIM modellingskill in the expert level.
